Join a pragmatic Risk & Compliance team as a Policy Manager responsible for designing and implementing risk frameworks, standards and guidance that ensure the organisation manages its risks well and meets its regulatory obligations. This hands‑on subject‑matter expert role focuses on creating implementable artefacts (policies, procedures, traceability matrices, obligations registers), preparing governance materials, and supporting Senior Risk & Compliance Managers to drive consistent compliance outcomes across the business.
