Network Senior Project Manager

Overall Scope Provide overall management direction on one or more network projects and develop new business opportunities relative to a particular client, group of clients or geographical area. Project Manager Duties Include: - Assume primary leadership responsibilities for each assigned project in partnership with the designated project superintendent. - Proven history of leading a team to achieve project goals by: - Setting and monitoring expectations for individual performance - Excellent conflict resolution skills with internal and external teams - The ability to coach, teach and inspire team members to achieve personal and project goals. - Evaluate the contractual scope of work. Plan, organize and staff key project positions through regional department heads, subordinate project managers, general superintendents, etc. - Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of Walker’s corporate policy. - Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts to coordinate scheduling activities and facilitate successful construction activities. - Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontracts. - Monitor/control project development t...
