Description Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with some flexibility SUMMARY: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting and coordinating key human resource functions across the organization while ensuring compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This role serves as a primary resource for employees and managers on routine HR matters and provides oversight and guidance to the HR Assistant and the Confidential Administrative Assistant. The HR Generalist manages leave administration, workers’ compensation coordination, monthly exclusion checks, employee lifecycle transactions, and low-level employee relations matters while supporting select employee benefits processes. The position works collaboratively with leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.
