Job Description: We are seeking a Data Protection Engineer to support the securing of sensitive organizational data through the implementation and management of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and eDiscovery processes . This role will work closely with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure data is properly classified, protected, and discoverable when required. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security , with hands-on exposure to DLP / Information Protection / eDiscovery tools Key Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and maintain DLP & CASB solutions to monitor and protect sensitive data across endpoints, email, and cloud services. Develop and tune DLP & CASB policies, rules, and alerts to reduce false positives while improving detection accuracy. Act as level 2 escalation point on DLP alerts and potential data exfiltration events Work with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams during internal investigations and regulatory requests, support eDiscovery processes, including legal holds, data collection, and export activities.
