Location & Orientation Details: Our branch is currently in the process of relocating to Demotte, IN . - New hires will complete a one-day in-person skilled orientation in either South Bend, IN or Lafayette, IN - After orientation, caregivers will begin assignments within the Demotte and surrounding service areas - Ongoing work will be based in the Demotte market as the branch transition is finalized Why this role matters: This is a high-impact, patient-facing caregiving role.
