Job Summary: The Plant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of Luminant Power Generating Stations. This role is also responsible for handling the technical and administrative needs of the generating station including but not limited to controls, environmental compliance, safety compliance, NERC compliance, event RCA’s, and other projects. Job Description: Key Accountabilities: Assist in Planning and Scheduling for plant operational and maintenance activities. · Review and analyze unit start-up/shutdown/trip/upset conditions and document recommended corrective actions. · Review and analyze equipment failures and document recommended corrective actions. · Identify recurrent operational issues and determine if engineering, reliability, or best practice methods are needed to avoid such recurrent operational issues. · Be available on a call out basis 24 hours per day for operational issues or unit start-up/shutdown problems. · Me...
