The Tavern is seeking an AM Prep Cook, with full-time hours available. Starting wage is $18/hr and is dependent upon experience. Job Summary: Assists Food and beverage division in food preparation to include: prepares breakfast bar items, ensures freshness of all items, maintenance of small condiments with fresh items, garnishes all displays, ensures refrigeration of appropriate items immediately, ensures a safe and clean work area, and performs any other special assignments or directions as required. Ability to interact with other associates and guests successfully. Qualifications Standards: Education & Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Physical requirements: - Long hours sometimes required. - Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. - Ability to stand during entire shift.
