In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support and leadership on the production floor. You will be responsible for building the team's maintenance capabilities, troubleshooting equipment, and driving operational targets for safety, quality, and efficiency. This is an opportunity to use your technical expertise to directly impact our success. What You'll Do: Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair routine electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems. Preventative Maintenance: Perform and document mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance using SAP, and proactively identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability. Drive Improvement: Lead breakdown analysis and root-cause problem-solving efforts to eliminate production losses. Help develop and execute continuous improvement standards (CIL, Centerline, etc.).
