Director, Aftermarket and Services (AM&S)

Aftermarket and Services is one of Carrier’s three strategic growth imperatives, and the AM&S team sits at the heart of it. We work across the full spectrum of Carrier’s portfolio – Commercial HVAC, Light Commercial and Residential HVAC and Cold Chain – to transform Carrier from a product-centric company to one focused on creating value throughout the product lifecycle. About the role: The AM&S team reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Services and Business Development and works closely with AM&S leaders within Carrier’s business units. Team priorities can generally be categorized into the following buckets: increasing aftermarket parts capture, driving service attachment, accelerating mods and upgrades, enhancing digital/connected service offerings, and leading change management. The Director is responsible for owning key components of AM&S, and leads cross-functional project teams to accelerate growth, improve customer service, and expand margins.
