Job Type Full-time Description: The Backbone of Precision, Performance, and Safety The Tool Crib Lead is the operational anchor of our tooling function, ensuring the right tools are available, maintained, and deployed exactly when and where they are needed. This role has full ownership of receiving, organizing, issuing, tracking, and optimizing hand tools, machine tools, perishables, materials, and specialty equipment that enable our shop floor and field teams to perform at their best. This is more than an inventory role—it is a position of leadership and influence. The Tool Crib Lead mentors team members, improves workflows, implements preventive maintenance strategies, and partners cross-functionally to support production schedules and project execution.
