In-Home Sales Advisor | Pre-Set Appointments | Uncapped Earnings BathWorks of Michigan is a locally owned bathroom remodeling company and a certified Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer specializing in one-day bath and shower transformations. As we continue growing across Michigan, we’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our sales team. This is not a cold-calling role. We provide the appointments. Your focus is building trust with homeowners, guiding them through solutions, and confidently helping them move forward with their project. What You’ll Do: - Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled in-home consultations - Educate customers on bath and shower remodeling solutions - Build rapport and guide homeowners through the sales process - Represent the BathWorks brand professionally What We’re Looking For: - Strong communication and people skills - Comfortable asking for the sale - Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven - Sales experience preferred - Availability Monday through Saturday - Ability to run appointments typically scheduled at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM - Must be available to run up to approximately 11 appointments weekly based on business needs - Comf...
