Showroom Sales Representative Job Description Reports to: Showroom Manager: Position Summary: The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for selling high performance aftermarket automotive parts to the public. The Showroom Sales Representative will work closely with multiple departments across the organization to provide customers with an industry-leading customer experience. Supervisory Responsibilities: The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education/Experience/Qualifications: - Sell high performance and racing products via phone sales and showroom store front. - Understand distinct performance segments Lane Automotive sells to, and customers’ needs within those segments. - Identify customer expectations and exercise decision-making ability to determine the best products to meet customer needs. - Perform data entry of customer orders into order system. - Provide product price quotes to customers. - Responsible for the assigned cash drawer and the nightly reconciliation of all transactions and documentation from that day. - Assist the Showroom in daily tasks, answering phones, emails, customer questions/inquiries, etc. - Partake in overall Showroom housekeeping i...
