Designer, Instructional Media Technology, is responsible for designing and creating compelling multimedia and immersive experiences for ABS learning solutions. Utilize various aspects of design, project management, and development, specializing in media technology learning approaches. This is a role based out of our Global Headquarters located in the Greater Houston area with a current hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site. What You Will Do: - Work collaboratively with the learning development team to design and develop engaging learning solutions and communications within the project scope, using instructional design principles, such as adult learning theory, instructional system designs, and the 6Ds. - Ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders - Collaborate with a team of creative professionals to deliver assigned projects within the designated timeframe at a high level of quality. - Develop and/or incorporate 2D or 3D animation, as appropriate. - Design, create, modify, and deliver multimedia and web-based graphics, video, and audio elements. - Recommend visual and audio format, approach, content, level, and medium to most...
