Collaborates with internal functions including programmes, engineering, quality and Supply Chain to provide solutions and solve moderately complex problems to deliver projects on-time, on-quality, and on-budget. Identifies best practice and determines product design and build requirements. Ensures New Product Development (NPD) proactively addresses safety issues. Works with Engineering & Test Systems as required to develop and refine the test specifications, test procedure, control manufacturing processes and procedures to increase yield and eliminate quality failures. Tracks, identifies and reports opportunities to improve cost performance through a wide variety of options including influencing the design, process improvement, automation, and make vs. buy.
