Salary: $18/ hr Shift Differentials: $ 1 / hr for the evening hours Schedule: 3 p- 1130p (including every other weekend) Are you passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction? As a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) at Recovery Centers of America (RCA ) , you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing direct support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment where patients can focus on their recovery journey. What You'll Do: As a Recovery Support Specialist at RCA, you will: - Monitor patient activities, provides safety checks throughout shift, completes documentation to include but not limited to, rounds sheet, End of Shift reports; records patient behavior. - Participate in direct patient care including ensuring patient safety, interacting therapeutically.
