Job description

Experience Required: - 4+ years of experience in application development and Source‑to‑Pay systems. Coupa Platform Administration, including: - Configuring and maintaining Coupa modules (SIM, Sourcing, CLMA, Supplier Portal, Risk Assess). - Managing user roles, permissions, approval chains, and security groups. - Maintaining catalogs, suppliers, master data, and business rules. - Monitoring Coupa release cycles, assessing impacts, and coordinating regression testing. - Supporting end users with troubleshooting, training, and functional guidance. - Maintaining integrations with Oracle Procurement, AP, GL, and other third‑party systems. - Supporting Oracle Cloud data imports/exports using REST/SOAP APIs. - Overseeing middleware integrations. - Monitoring integration dashboards, logs, and error queues. - Troubleshooting failed transactions and coordinating fixes with internal teams and vendors. - Ensuring secure data transfers via SFTP, PGP encryption, and API authentication. - Deep understanding of the Source‑to‑Pay process.
