Remote: Must reside in the Metro DC area Reports to: Echo: Direct reports: None. Delta’s provide performance feedback on other engineers and participate in company peer mentorship program. Travel: 0-10%: The Role: As a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) , you will contribute directly to the development and delivery of Palantir capabilities. You will build analytical dashboard features, support CI/CD pipeline tasks, and work within a structured agile environment alongside senior engineers and government stakeholders. You will operate in two-week sprint cycles, contributing to feature delivery from design through deployment. At our organization, an FDE takes ownership of their work — building reliable features, writing meaningful code, and ensuring each sprint increment is production-ready.
