General Responsibilities: Operate semi-automatic and automatic product filling and assembly equipment in an efficient manner while adhering to OSHA, GMP, and ISO guidelines. Examples of such equipment include, but are not limited to, the following: Reagent dispensing units, cartridge assembly lines, Reagent tray fill and seal equipment, computers, and analytical balances. Perform duties listed for HbA1C Operator “A” line assignments as required. Perform the set-up, in-process monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Reagent dispensing pumps and the reagent tray filling pumps as they relate to DCA cartridge production. Perform the in-process testing, data collection, and troubleshooting of DCA cartridge and reagent tray production lines.
