As a DSP , you’ll bring your compassion, flexibility, and dedication to multiple group homes, providing consistent care and support where it’s needed most. Position details: Part Time (32 Hours) Every other weekend Saturday 8:00AM-Monday 8:00AM Full Time (40 Hours) Mondays 8:00AM-Wednesday 4:00PM You are required to stay on site for the duration of your shift & clock out to sleep each night for 8hrs . Location: Marshville, NC: Compensation: $15.00/hour: Your Role in Our Mission: - You will provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in. - Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning; personal care such as bathing and dressing, toiletry and changing diapers; as well as employment support. - You may transport the client to appointments and run errands. - Help plan and organize their schedule. - Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system of record.
