Securitas Security is looking to hire a Site Supervisor for a location in Rochester, NY. Candidate should have prior security and supervisory experience. This position also requires candidates to have a valid NYS Drivers License and be able to meet the needs of the Securitas Safe Drive program. Standard days/hours are Monday through Friday 0800-1600. As the Supervisor you may need to adjust your hours to meet the needs of the customer due to call outs, late arrivals etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred. - Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations. - Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company managem...
