Thompson First Group is seeking a Rendering Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire role with a local client in Millsboro, DE Candidates that have experience with Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting and repair from a manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply. Essential Job Functions and Duties: - Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment. - Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment. - Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections. - Adhere to all safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, and following lockout-tagout procedures and process safety management guidelines. - Perform emergency repairs, requiring the ability to troubleshoot promptly and effectively.
