While this role assists with all aspects of HR operations, the primary focus is to support the full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. What You'll Do: Support the Full Hiring Lifecycle: Draft job postings, source talent, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate communications to ensure a great first impression. Coordinate Interviews: Act as the primary scheduler, aligning calendars for candidates and hiring managers to keep the recruitment process moving smoothly. Lead Onboarding & Compliance: Own the I-9 verification process, run background checks, and prepare new hire orientation materials to welcome new team members.
