Training and Development Specialist Job Description: The Training and Development Specialist supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of company-wide training programs while assisting with internal recruitment efforts for in-office roles. This role works closely with the Talent Development Supervisor to help create engaging learning materials, apply instructional design principles, and maintain training programs within the Learning Management System. In addition, the position plays an important role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating candidate screenings, tracking progress through applicant systems, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all candidates. Key Responsibilities: Lead in the creation of engaging training materials that include worksite presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules companywide. Lead in the execution of full-cycle recruitment for in-office staff which includes conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and gathering proper onboarding documentation.
