POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving group revenue for the assigned resorts and hotels by securing new business, cultivating referrals and fostering repeat clientele. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Lead group sales efforts by collaboration with team on and executing strategies that drive revenue and maximize profitability - Proactively identify, solicit, and close new business while nurturing existing clients to encourage repeat bookings - Maintain an organized and detailed pipeline of prospective and booked business, ensuring timely follow-up and goal tracking - Follow all company and departmental Standard of Operation, policies and procedures - Ensure clear and concise communication regarding all rate and meeting information within guidelines provided - Perform in a manner that demonstrates the philosophies of Big Cedar Lodge. - Maintain customer relations, trade relations, industry relations, and staff relations. - Promote all company properties and offer information to clients to cross sell the brand. - Work closely with Conference Services, Food & Beverage and all Resort Operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences and garner opportun...
