About the Role: The Senior Advisor – Planning & Operations (T&C) is the connective tissue between HR strategy and execution. You will operate the day-to-day portfolio engine—maintaining the integrated roadmap, coordinating interdependencies, running planning and prioritisation forums, supporting OKR/KPI management, and ensuring disciplined, low-risk change releases across HR platforms and processes. You’ll also support financial stewardship (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking) and produce clear, executive-ready reporting that enables confident decisions. This role partners across HR COEs, HR Operations, HRIS/Tech, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Procurement, and vendor partners to keep work flowing predictably and transparently.
