Description The Commissioning Analyst is responsible for performing and coordinating commissioning activities for HVAC and mechanical systems across the Mission Critical project portfolio. This role provides a higher level of technical expertise, independently leads portions of the commissioning process, and ensures system functionality, performance, and client expectations are met according to project specifications and industry standards. Requirements: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE): - Participate in project design, planning, installation, startup, commissioning, and turnover. - Create detailed commissioning plans, checklists, and schedules for HVAC and mechanical systems. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, submittals, code and other industry - standards. - Liaison with personnel performing installation, startup, and commissioning of HVAC and mechanical - systems.
