Overview ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (GXP 2026-25202): Bowhead seeks an Engineering Technician to join our GXP Platform and Launch Contract at NSWC Crane, IN. The Engineering Technician will directly support the Strategic Systems Program (SSP), SP24 Guidance, Navigation and Control Program. The individual must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision, staying organized and multitask while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: Essential functions will include: - Collaborate with and assist NSWC Crane SP24 requirements and deadlines. - Performing mechanical measurements to satisfy requirements to a drawing - Have an understanding and/or experience in using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) - Written and oral communications required for technical reports and presentations, and a working understanding of MS Office products. - Have a knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, ProE/Creo, ANSYS Finite Element Analysis - Plan, schedule, budget, and oversee various project elements while managing resources and timelines. - Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree with five (5) to eight (8) years of expe...
