The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple housing maintenance contracts, ensuring performance, safety, quality and profitability targets are met. You’ll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed on time, to specification, and to Axis’s high standards. The role combines operational delivery, client management and people leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
