This role seeks individuals who can serve as strategic advisors, ensuring the smooth operation and security of complex, large-scale DoD networks. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional technical expertise and the ability to implement solutions that align with organizational goals and support mission-critical operations. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct shift reviews to ensure services are operational, resolve anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and document processes. Mentor junior team members on new procedures. Ensure smooth operations of multi-user environments by implementing STIGs, EIPs, industry best practices, and DoD-aligned security measures. Address customer issues, update ticket statuses, and document resolutions. Plan and implement network security to protect data, software, and hardware. Assess network upgrade requests and provide technical guidance. Offer 24x7 on-call support during outages with progress updates. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 4+ years’ experience (or equivalent experience).
