The Opportunity: The Compounding Manager will supervise, direct and develop the Compounding Department in accordance with corporate objectives and government regulations. The primary focus of this role is to lead and monitor the performance of compounding staff by overseeing safety practices, training, performance evaluations, product quality, workload planning, labour efficiency, and overall production output, while providing clear direction and guidance. This vacancy reflects an existing role within the team. The salary range is $80,000 to $120,000. Final placement within the range depends on market conditions, internal equity, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
