About the Role (your why): Our Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for creating and maintaining robust desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for our customers, enabling remote support and ensuring standardisation across diverse IT landscapes. As a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. You will also provide expert 3rd-level support, develop ongoing processes, and help drive continuous improvement in customer environments. Our offices are based in Australia.
