This position provides direct support to Biomedical Research staff by performing administrative and contract assistance duties. The position requires working cooperatively with a wide range of staff, seeking solutions to routine problems and issues within established office policies and procedures, guidelines and rules, and performing in a highly responsible and timely matter. Coordinates responses to the Section’s general inquiry email inboxes. This includes responding to routine inquiries, assigning more complex inquiries to the appropriate Section staff, and tracking responses.
