Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Performance Analyst/Reporting Specialist to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities: - Aggregate and validate performance data from ITSM tools, cybersecurity dashboards, financial systems, program schedules, and other sources. - Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations providing real‑time operational and delivery visibility. - Prepare Monthly Status Reports, PMR briefings, and analytical narratives that synthesize trends, variances, forecasts, and root‑cause analysis. - Conduct variance and trend analysis; produce recommendations to inform resource allocation, corrective actions, and strategic planning. - Coordinate with program managers, technical teams, finance, and leadership to validate data integrity and align reporting to stakeholder priorities. - Maintain reporting data pipelines, ETL processes, and documentation to ensure repeatability and auditability. - Support continuous improvement by identifying data quality issues, reporting process gaps, and automation opportunities. - Produce ad‑hoc analytic reports and briefings as reque...
