Accounting & Finance Intern (NetSuite Support) Position Summary: The Accounting & Finance Intern will work closely with the NetSuite Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and financial reporting activities. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to real‑world accounting processes within a NetSuite ERP environment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial data analysis. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in accounting, finance, and ERP systems—particularly within a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven organization. Key Responsibilities: The intern will support the NetSuite Staff Accountant by assisting with the following: - Assist with data entry and transaction processing in NetSuite, including journal entries, AP, and AR support - Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities , including invoice tracking and documentation review - Assist with account reconciliations , including bank and general ledger accounts - Help prepare weekly and monthly financial reports using NetSuite and Excel - Support expense review, payroll documentation, and timecard verif...
