General Summary Drives measurable quadruple aim improvements across the care continuum in support of WellSpan's population health and value-based care strategies. The role is responsible for leading complex, patient-centered clinical improvement initiatives that improve care quality and eliminate low value medical utilization, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across service lines and independent practices, and applying data analytics, process improvement methods, and emerging AI technologies to implement scalable, evidence-based clinical practices. This position also fosters a culture of continuous improvement and population health accountability across the WellSpan enterprise. Expected results include sustained performance improvement on key population health metrics, reduced provider burden, and stronger organizational capabilities to deliver high-quality, affordable, and reliable care.
