The Director – Regional Lab Clinical Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for hospital laboratory services, working under the direction of, or in close collaboration with, a Pathologist. This role leads and aligns laboratory professionals, technicians, and non-technical team members to deliver high-quality diagnostic services that support patient care. The Director oversees all aspects of laboratory operations, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and performance management.
