Purpose: The Director of Internal Sales is responsible for leading and developing a team of Internal Wholesalers within the IMO channel. This role oversees daily sales activities, drives business growth, and ensures alignment with overall distribution strategies. The Director provides coaching, performance management, and strategic direction to enhance sales effectiveness, strengthen advisor relationships, and achieve sales targets. Accountabilities: Helps increase sales through driving productivity within the team. Manages the service standards/performance metrics for the team. Participates in and/or manages special projects by developing and implementing solutions which impact the business unit or the department.
