No, work will be performed on-site What You’ll Do: As the Mission Utility Lead & Warfighter Liaison , you will provide mission-level, systems engineering, architectural development, warfare analysis, and intelligence support to the U.S. Navy. Work will be performed in government facility in Arlington, VA. Key Responsibilities: This description outlines the general nature and scope of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. - Develop and execute operational procedures for prototype systems, ensuring alignment with program objectives. - Create and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents and detailed operational concepts for end users. - Establish and track system metrics to support government evaluation and system acceptance. - Collaborate closely with government stakeholders and contractor teams to support user engagement, including briefings, demonstrations, and working group participation with Navy and mission partners.
