JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team. External Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE: The Finance Manager provides financial leadership to the Fiber Group which consists of multiple manufacturing sites in the US. The position reports to the Sr. Finance Director for the US Doors Group. The Finance Manager will support the business by assisting in monthly accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and planning for the Fiber plants. This position will develop and enhance financial reporting and analysis of plant operations, provide timely and insightful analysis to the operations team, and assist in deployment of a strong internal control environment across the plants. . - Provides in-depth analysis on weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating variances to Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year. - Effectively communicates results to management and identifies areas of improvement.
