Project Ops Analyst Location : Bristol Office, hybrid role and commutable distance to Bristol Salary range : £ Competitive + Generous benefits package Overview: The Project Ops Analyst position at Fathom is a critical role accountable for ensuring effective Technical delivery, with a primary emphasis on the tech-to-product cycle and internal governance. Additionally, this role will be expected to develop and mature Fathom’s operational ways of working and improvement initiatives. This role reports to the new Lead of Delivery and Improvement in the Technical team Key Accountabilities: Governance and Process Improvement: ● Lead the continued adoption and enforcement of governance frameworks and processes, particularly within technical teams. ● Identify and implement improvements in existing processes, documentation, and training to ensure efficient workflows. ● Escalate ongoing issues and lack of adoption/adherence with senior management. ● Implement project controls, such as project gates, to address ongoing adoption or compliance issues. ● Review, document, and map operational processes to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
