Packaging Manager In the process of expanding our production in Campbellfield we are now in need of a leader to oversee the packaging lines that currently operate over 24/5 in three shifts. The Packaging Manager is responsible for the hands-on management of beverage canning and bottling filling and packaging operations. This role ensures that production yield, quality, food safety, and workplace safety targets are consistently achieved. The role provides day-to-day leadership of the production team and has direct accountability for the safe startup, efficient running, and controlled shutdown of both canning and bottling production lines. The successful person will play a key role in training, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement within packaging operations. Experience in the beverage industry is a must have.
