Are you seeking an internship for fall 2026?: Do you want to help tens of thousands of Grundfos colleagues be heard? Do you want to build dashboard solutions for leaders, partners and employees? Come join us in our technical employee experience team, and help build, launch and analyze some of the biggest employee engagement projects Grundfos has to offer! This is your chance to work with some of the sharpest minds as you do an internship focusing on technically supporting Grundfos employee’s wellbeing and engagement. Here at the HR Tech and Process Excellence team we track, monitor and analyze dozens of employee lifecycle moments, listening to all Grundfos employees. One of our key responsibilities, which we want you to help with, is conducting our annual employee engagement survey, surveying over 21.000 employees. As a part of our team, we guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas. What is the job about?
