Job Title: Water Treatment Plant Lead Operator Location: Arizona Job Description: Performs the full range of skilled responsibilities in the operation and maintenance of a water treatment facility, including data collection and reporting functions; May provide direction and guidance to Water Utilities field staff. Ensures treated water meets the Water District, County and State water quality standards. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Monitor, maintain, and operate Water Treatment Plant processes and equipment. Conducts daily rounds and inspections at the Water Treatment Plant. Collects, inspects, tests, and evaluates incoming and outgoing water supplies. Receives, and stores hazardous chemicals, related to a water treatment plant operation.
