Delivery Trainer Job Details: To safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal safety and administrative requirements, as well as following and promoting the HBC safety policy. Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday starting at 7:30am $25-$27/hr DOE Thoroughly train new employees to successfully run their route, on their own with minimal follow-up once the training is complete. Train new employees to be successfully obtain a route-specific class A, or class B CDL. Supervise assigned drivers to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Cover the routes of those drivers when they are on vacation. Perform Pre- & post- trip inspections of delivery vehicle plus complete truck maintenance checklist on a daily basis.
