Description THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT BASED ON CONTRACT AWARD. Compass Systems Inc. is seeking an Operations SME / Analyst to support data tracking, analysis, and reporting for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) unmanned systems (UxS) programs. This role focuses on maintaining and analyzing operational and training data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and informed decision-making in support of mission readiness. The Analyst will support NAVSPECWARCOM N37 by managing data systems, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance across UxS training and operational programs Job Functions: · Manage, maintain, and analyze operational and training data within government systems (e.g., COLTS, SHARP, or similar platforms) · Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data supporting UxS operations and readiness reporting · Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support government decision-making · Identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement · Support data collection, processing, and reporting for UxS training and operational activities · Assist in development of br...
