Job description
The Organisational Change Execution Team is end-to-end responsible for the people consequences and the implementation of organisational change. This means that the team is responsible for the chain of Social Plan activities in connection with a Request for Advice (RFA) and ensures a consistent application of agreed policies and processes. As an Organisational Change Execution Advisor , you support and carry out activities in the areas of the Social Plan, work-to-work programmes, and QBR epics. You advise the Business and HR Business Partners on people-related consequences within established frameworks and support the implementation of instruments from the Social Plan within advisory requests. You handle complex epics and advisory requests and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
