Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Process Engineer for the Implant department interested in working alongside a talented team of professionals with a key focus on establishing and maintaining world class process/equipment and implementing yield enhancement as a competitive advantage. In this job, you’ll be a foundational member tasked with new process qualification, tool-to-tool output matching, implementing process controls and defense lines, and maintaining process health. Role and Responsibilities: Here's what you'll be responsible for: Qualify wafer fabrication processes on new tools. Gather metrology data during tool qualification phase and ensure film properties meet specs. Transfer/duplicate recipes across lines and ensure process matching across fabs and between tools using statistical tools.
