Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) to join our team in an embedded role within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in employee assistance programs, workplace mental health, and crisis intervention, while demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach. This role requires travel, the ability to train and educate employees and leaders, and the capacity to respond effectively to both individual and organizational challenges.
