The role will lead end-to-end execution of change initiatives across the full insurance value chain. This role ensures strategic transformation programs are executed with discipline, speed, and measurable business impact while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and strong stakeholder alignment. This role requires collaboration with senior business, data and technology stakeholders. This role is responsible for articulating business needs across the division and translating them into strategic projects that support modernization, operating model redesign, process simplification, cost optimization, and customer experience improvement. The role will lead all aspects of delivery, including budget, scope, design, sequencing, analytics, data, technology, change management, governance, benefit achievement.
