Acting as a bridge between frontline teams and leadership, the specialist provides coaching, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement strategies to strengthen collaboration, drive performance, and maintain compliance. With a hands-on presence on the shop floor, they champion employee well-being, promote open communication, and partner with leaders to create a culture of respect, safety, and accountability.
